Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy:
Merchandise must be returned within in 30 days. All items must not be worn, opened, used, altered or washed. All items must have all tags attached, including seals, and be returned in original packaging.  Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. How to Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at ourmissionmarket@gmail.com with "Return" in the subject line. Include your name, order number, and mailing zip code in the email. 

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective, we understand your frustration! Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit.

Shipping Policy:
Delivery times can vary depending on your location. For most orders you can expect your package to arrive within 5-10 business days. We'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can track its process.
